Our website provides information about dental and aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to dental implants, veneers,crowns, root canal treatment, rhinoplasty, breast enhancements, liposuction, gastric bands and bypasses, Botox, and hair transplants. Services are provided in partnership with our facilities and professionals located in Izmir, Turkey.

Any new features or tools added to the site shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

SECTION 2 - SERVICES

Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK facilitates dental and aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to dental implants, veneers, crowns, root canal treatment, rhinoplasty, breast enhancements, liposuction, gastric banding and bypass, Botox, and hair transplants. These services are provided in collaboration with accredited medical professionals and facilities in Izmir, Turkey. In addition to coordinating your procedures, we provide support with accommodation and local transfers in Turkey. Please note that while we assist with these arrangements, the medical procedures themselves are carried out by third-party providers who are independently responsible for their services.

SECTION 3 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that information provided via this site (excluding credit card data) may be transmitted unencrypted across networks and modified to conform to technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission over networks.

You agree not to copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without our express written permission.

The headings in this agreement are included for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

SECTION 4 - RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITATIONS

Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK acts as an intermediary to connect clients with qualified medical professionals in Turkey. You acknowledge and agree that:

1. The responsibility for medical outcomes, including pre- and post-procedure care, rests solely with the independent medical service providers.

2. Your decision to proceed with any treatment is made directly with the provider after a full consultation.

3. We assist with accommodation and transfers but are not liable for any issues related to these third-party services.

4. Travel insurance is mandatory for clients to ensure coverage for accidents or emergencies in Turkey. Clients are responsible for purchasing travel insurance unless explicitly stated that Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK will arrange it.

SECTION 5 - PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment Schedule:

1. A deposit of 20-50% of the total procedure cost is required to secure your appointment. The exact deposit amount will be determined during the booking or consultation phase.

2. The deposit must be paid within 3 days (+/- 1 day) from the date of booking or appointment confirmation.

3. The remaining balance must be paid within 15 days (+/- 1 day) after the booking confirmation.

Failure to adhere to this payment schedule will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment, and the deposit will be retained by Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK.

Deposit Policy:

The deposit is non-refundable and is retained to cover expenses incurred for:

• Accommodation arrangements

• Transport services

• Clinic reservations

• Administrative and logistical fees

By making a booking or receiving a confirmation, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including client cancellation or a decision not to proceed.

2. Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK is not required to provide a detailed breakdown of how the deposit is allocated.

3. The payment schedule is binding, and failure to complete payments within the specified timeframes will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Final Payment:

The remaining balance must be paid in full before arriving in Turkey and/or before the procedure is performed, if not otherwise another agreement has been decided. 

 

SECTION 6 - CHANGES TO SERVICES

Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK reserves the right to make changes to the scope, nature, or availability of its services at any time and without prior notice. Such changes may include, but are not limited to:

• Adjustments to service pricing due to changes in operational costs, partner agreements, or currency fluctuations.

• Updates to the range of procedures and treatments offered, including the addition or removal of specific services based on medical advancements, partner capabilities, or regulatory requirements.

• Modifications to partnerships with third-party providers, accommodation arrangements, or transfer services in response to quality assurance evaluations, market conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

While we strive to provide continuous availability of services as described on our website or during consultations, there may be situations beyond our control that necessitate temporary suspension, delays, or termination of certain services. Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK is not responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by such changes, and any alternative arrangements will be at the sole discretion of the company. We value our customers and will try to find a solution.

SECTION 7 - USER OBLIGATIONS

By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to adhere to the following obligations and responsibilities:

Any omissions or inaccuracies may impact your eligibility for certain treatments or procedures, and Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from such omissions.

3. Compliance with Partner Terms: You agree to review and accept the terms, conditions, and policies of the third-party medical providers who will perform your procedures. These terms may include, but are not limited to, consent forms, payment terms, and post-procedure care instructions.

4. Communication and Timely Payment: Users are responsible for responding promptly to communication from Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK and ensuring all payments are completed in accordance with the specified timelines (see Section 5 - Payment Terms and Cancellation/Refund Policy). Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the cancellation of services without refund.

 

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK acts as a facilitator, connecting clients with accredited third-party providers for dental and aesthetic procedures. While we prioritize quality and safety, we cannot be held liable for the following:

1. Medical Outcomes: Any procedural complications, side effects, or adverse outcomes that arise during or after treatment are the sole responsibility of the medical provider performing the procedure. Clients are encouraged to consult their provider for detailed risk assessments and consent.

2. Travel and Scheduling Delays: Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK is not responsible for delays caused by travel disruptions, such as flight cancellations or visa issues, nor for rescheduling due to the unavailability of medical providers.

3. Changes in Service Availability: Modifications or discontinuation of services due to legal, regulatory, or operational reasons in the UK or Turkey. Such changes are outside the control of Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK, and no liability will be accepted for any inconvenience or loss caused.

4. Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party arrangements, such as accommodation, transportation, or travel insurance. Any disputes related to these services should be directed to the respective service provider.

Clients agree to assume full responsibility for their travel and treatment decisions, including the associated risks. By engaging with Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK, you acknowledge that our role is strictly as an intermediary and that all medical and logistical decisions are made at your discretion and in consultation with the respective third-party providers.

SECTION 9 - TERMINATION

Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK reserves the right to terminate your access to our website, services, or both at our sole discretion and without prior notice under the following circumstances:

1. Violation of Terms: If you breach any of the terms outlined in this agreement, including but not limited to non-payment, provision of false or incomplete information, or use of our services for unlawful purposes.

2. Misuse of Services: If we determine that your use of the website or services poses a risk to the safety, security, or integrity of our operations, staff, partners, or other clients.

3. Non-Compliance with Payment Terms: Failure to adhere to the payment schedule or cancellation policies may result in the termination of your appointment or service agreement, with the deposit retained as outlined in Section 5 - Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy.

4. Force Majeure or Operational Necessity: In cases where external factors, such as regulatory changes, legal obligations, or unforeseen operational challenges, prevent us from continuing to provide services.

Upon Termination:

• All obligations and payments incurred prior to termination will remain enforceable, including outstanding balances or costs related to your booking.

• You will forfeit any deposit or advance payment made, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK.

Termination of services does not absolve the user of any liabilities or responsibilities arising from actions or agreements prior to the termination date. Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK retains the right to pursue legal or financial remedies for breaches or damages resulting from non-compliance with these Terms.
