  1. Deposit Policy

    • Non-Refundable Deposits:
      Deposits made to secure your booking are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy ensures coverage for costs incurred for:

      • Accommodation arrangements.

      • Transport services.

      • Clinic reservations.

      • Administrative and logistical fees.

    • By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable deposit policy.

  2. Payment Schedule and Refunds

    • Full payment must be made prior to the scheduled procedure. Failure to complete payments within the specified timeframes will result in cancellation of your appointment, and any deposit paid will be forfeited.

    • Refunds are not provided for missed payment deadlines or cancellations initiated by the client after the deposit is paid.

  3. Exceptional Circumstances

    • In the event of a verified issue with your booking or services caused by Elite Dental & Aesthetics UK, we will evaluate the situation and may provide a resolution, which may include a partial refund or alternative arrangements.
